In order to accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay, you must have the appropriate accounts for those services to use them on www.Kaftan9.com.
For Australian customers, shipping via standard post should take between 2-7 business days. Orders being shipped via express post should take between 1-3 business days, but please note that due to COVID-19, it may take at least 30 days for your order to arrive.
For New Zealander customers, orders being shipped via standard post should take between 6-10 business days, but please note that due to COVID-19, it may take at least 60 days for your order to arrive.
For all other international customers (excluding the countries, territories, islands, areas noted under the 'Shipping Policy'), orders being shipped via standard post should take between 10-20 business days, but please note that due to COVID-19, it may take at least 60 days for your order to arrive.
Please note that delivery times can vary depending on public holidays, postal service strikes, etc. Kaftan 9 is also not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or any such fees incurred as part of the customer retrieving their item from their postal service.
As per our 'Shipping Policy', we ship to every country and territory except for the following countries/regions due to stringent shipping policies and other issues with shipping and delivery.
The countries/regions that we do not ship to include Afghanistan, Africa, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bolivia, Bonaire, Chile, China, Colombia, French Southern Territories, Georgia, Heard Island & McDonald Islands, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Maldives, Mexico, Myanmar, North Korea, Pakistan, Palestinian Territories, Sint Eustatius & Saba, Omar, South Georgia & The South Sandwich Islands, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, & Uzbekistan.

You will be charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). Please note, that all prices as well as any shipping costs do not include any customs duties and/or taxes incured when shipped internationally. All customs duties and/or taxes must be covered by you.
Kaftan 9 uses Australian sizes for our clothing. However, as there is no set standard for adult Australian sizes across all brands, measurements can vary for each size. You can find the size chart for some products under the photos of individual products and the measurements for some products in the description of each product.
If you are still unsure, please use some measuring tape to measure against an item of clothing you already own to compare the measurements provided in the description of the product. Please be aware and mindful that the way products can look on you can vary when settling on your body depending on the material of the product.
All our gemstones and crystals come from all over the world! Unfortunately, we have so many crystals arriving from our suppliers that its hard to pinpoint an exact location of where an individual crystal comes from.

If your item(s) are damaged or faulty, upon viewing photographic evidence, approval and confirmation, we will provide a full refund once your item(s) or order(s) have been returned to Kaftan 9. Shipping costs to send the damaged item back to Kaftan 9 must be paid for by the customer.
No refunds are available for change of mind, chosen wrong size, found the product cheaper elsewhere, etc.
If your item(s) are damaged or faulty and you would like an exchange, upon viewing photographic evidence, approval and confirmation, we will accept exchanges as per Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Your damaged or faulty item(s) must be shipped back to Kaftan 9 and the replacement item(s) will be shipped back to you. All shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer (i.e. Damaged item(s) sent back to Kaftan 9 and replacement item sent back to customer).
If you would like to exchangeyour item(s)due to change of mind, chosen wrong size, or you found the product cheaper, upon approval and confirmation, we will accept an exchange. Again, in the case of an exchange, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (i.e. Item sent back to Kaftan 9 and replacement item sent back to customer).
Free standard shipping only applies for Australian customers for the initial shipping of the item(s) once purchased.

Unfortunately, once checkout has been entered into and payment has been made, we cannot change or cancel your order. You have fully committed to your purchase once purchase has been made.
If you have received your order and you wish to exchange your order due to the item(s) being damaged/faulty, or have had a change of mind, you have found the products cheaper elsewhere, or you have chosen the wrong size, etc., you must contact us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange. You will need to pay for shipping back to Kaftan 9 and you must pay for shipping to send the exchange item(s) back to you.
In the case of a return for a full refund for the reasons mentioned above, no refunds will be accepted unless you have contacted us within 7 days of delivery and the item(s) or order(s) are damaged or faulty as per Australian Consumer Law. Photographic evidence will be required for damaged or faulty items. However, items are thoroughly checked over before being shipped.
