If your item(s) are damaged or faulty, upon viewing photographic evidence, approval and confirmation, we will provide a full refund once your item(s) or order(s) have been returned to Kaftan 9. Shipping costs to send the damaged item back to Kaftan 9 must be paid for by the customer.
No refunds are available for change of mind, chosen wrong size, found the product cheaper elsewhere, etc.
If your item(s) are damaged or faulty and you would like an exchange, upon viewing photographic evidence, approval and confirmation, we will accept exchanges as per Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Your damaged or faulty item(s) must be shipped back to Kaftan 9 and the replacement item(s) will be shipped back to you. All shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer (i.e. Damaged item(s) sent back to Kaftan 9 and replacement item sent back to customer).
If you would like to exchange your item(s) due to change of mind, chosen wrong size, or you found the product cheaper, upon approval and confirmation, we will accept an exchange. Again, in the case of an exchange, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (i.e. Item sent back to Kaftan 9 and replacement item sent back to customer).
Free standard shipping only applies for Australian customers for the initial shipping of the item(s) once purchased.
