How does Kaftan 9 customise Crystal and Gemstone Wands?
Send us a request via email using the subject line 'Custom Order: Crystal Wand' to contact@kaftan9.com with a picture of yourself. Using my own intuitive abilities, energy healing, and my dream visions, I will handmade a crystal wands based on your energy. Please also confirm the approximate height and width you would prefer for the wand to be. Whilst it is not compulsory, you can also add your top 5 crystals or colours you would like to see added on the wand in the email request. Your order will be sent anywhere between 1 to 4 weeks from the date of payment. In general, creating wands can take 5 to 20 days to make. With custom orders, please note that I cannot force my creativity on an art piece. It takes time to make wands delicately and with divine intention.
How does Kaftan 9 customise spell potion altar bottles, crystal journals, crowns, and head pieces?
Send us a request via email using the subject line 'Customer Order' to contact@kaftan9.com. In this email, please specifiy the following:
1. What specific item you would like customised e.g. potion bottle, crown? Please specify if you do not want specific colours, gemstones/crystals, or flowers on the items.
2. What gemstones, crystals, images e.g. animals, specific characters e.g. Wednesday Addams, The Nun (the conjuring saga) etc, or theme e.g. witchy, horror, floral etc. you would like the handmade item to have or look like?
3. Approximate height and weight you would like the item to be
In general, handmade items can take approximately 5 to 14 days to make. With custom orders, please note that I cannot force my creativity on an art piece. It takes time to make wands delicately and with divine intention. As a result, all customised orders will be sent to you between 1 to 4 weeks time from the date and time you make payment for the item.
How do I know if my item has been sent or if my request will be accepted by Kaftan 9 to create?
Please note that due to the delicate nature of creating crafts and handmade items, sending a custom request via email DOES NOT guarantee that Kaftan 9 will be able to adhere to this request. You will receive an email within 24 to 48 hours of your initial request to confirm if we have capacity and/or we can fulfill the request.
Kaftan 9 will send an email twice during this process: once an order has been confirmed or denied and another when an item has been both created and sent via Australia post. We will also respond to enquiries via email throughout this process if required.
How and when do I make payment?
The price for the items will be sent to you via email within 48 hours of the initial email request. Upon payment via Paypal, Afterpay, or Credit Card/Visa. All orders will be sent anyway between 1 to 4 weeks of payment date via standard shipping. Standard shipping is FREE. If you require express shipping, please let us know via email as this will directly impact the cost of the order.
Can I change my request during this process?
Please note that changes cannot be made once payment has been received.

We work based on our own intuitive abilities, energy healing, visions via dreams, and specific requests from the customer. We do our best to satisfy all customers and achieve what they have in mind to the best of our abilities. This is why is it important to be as detailed as possible in the initial email request. This will allow us to have a better understanding on what you are looking for. All requests are taken as preferences and not absolute. When working with our intuitive abilities and energy healing, we create designs based on your energy. However, we do keep your preferences front of mind when creating different pieces.
