SHIPPING DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19/CORONAVIRUS 

There are Domestic Shipping Delays in Australia where in some cases, it can take least 14 business days to receive orders once your order has been shipped.

Please be aware there are International Shipping Delays where it may take at least 60 business days to receive your order once your order has been shipped due to COVID-19 related delays placed on both Australia and your country of delivery.

Shipping Options

Sent to Australia (Domestic)

Standard shipping - Available for all customers Australia-wide. Items are shipped via Australia Post with tracking number(s) included (please note that tracking is not always provided & is up to the discretion of Kaftan 9). Once items are shipped via Australia Post, delivery Australia-wide usually takes between 2-7 business days (AEST), however, please take note of the message above regarding Domestic Shipping. Kaftan 9 does not provide shipping extras on any and all shipped orders. Shipping extras does not include but is not limited to, registered shipping, signature on delivery, etc. 
Express shipping - Available to all customers Australia-wide, tracking number included and shipped via Australia Post (please note tracking is not always provided & is up to the discretion of Kaftan 9). Items shipped via Express post are usually delivered by Next Business Day, however, Australia Post's Next Day Guarantee may not apply due to delivery location and in the event the next day is a public holiday. Delivery can take between 1-3 business days, but please note that the above message in BOLD regarding shipping still applies. Kaftan 9 does not provide shipping extras on any and all shipped orders. Shipping extras does not include but is not limited to, registered shipping, signature on delivery, etc.

Sent to New Zealand (International)

Standard Shipping - Shipped initially via Australia Post, a tracking number is included. The estimated shipping time to New Zealand is 5-21 business days, depending on public holidays and delivery location. However, please allow at least 60 business days for shipping due to COVID-19 related delays. Standard shipping up to 5kg per order available.

Standard Shipping - Shipped initially via Australia Post, a tracking number is included. Estimated shipping time is 5-21 business days, depending on public holidays and delivery location. However, please allow at least 60 business days due to COVID-19 related shipping delays across the world. Standard shipping up to 5kg per order available.

Unfortunately, Kaftan 9 cannot ship to the following countries/regions due to stringent shipping policies, and known issues with shipping and delivery.

These countries/regions include Afghanistan, Africa, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bolivia, Bonaire, Chile, China, Colombia, French Southern Territories, Georgia, Heard Island & McDonald Islands, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Maldives, Mexico, Myanmar, North Korea, Pakistan, Palestinian Territories, Sint Eustatius & Saba, Omar, South Georgia & The South Sandwich Islands, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, & Uzbekistan. 

 Further Shipping Information

All purchases made via Kaftan9.com will be shipped within 48 hours (business days AEST) of the purchase once payment has been confirmed. Purchases must be made and payments must be confirmed before 12pm (AEST, midday) for items to be shipped on the same business day. If any problems arise after items/orders have been shipped, please contact us so that we may make attempts to recover your item.

Note: Shipping address must match the address provided via the chosen payment method (i.e PayPal, Afterpay, credit card, etc.).

Kaftan 9 does not provide shipping extras on any and all shipped orders. Shipping extras includes but is not limited to, registered shipping, signature on delivery, etc. The weight of each product on average is 500g (grams). This will inform the costs of shipping. 'Standard' and 'Express' shipping is available Australia-wide, with free standard shipping, Australia-wide, up to 20kg (kilograms) per order. International shipping is only available up to 5kg (kilograms) per order, standard shipping available only. All orders are shipped with no signature on delivery. All orders are shipped initially via Australia Post.

All costs involved in shipping include packaging and handling costs. All purchases and costs are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Afterpay Shipping

We will endeavour to ship all items purchased using Afterpay within 48 hours (business days, AEST). However, purchases will only be shipped once Kaftan 9 has received an 'Approval Confirmation' from Afterpay.

Liabilities & Responsibilities

Kaftan 9 does not have any control regarding the delivery of orders once shipped. Once shipped, the delivery of order(s) or item(s) is under the control of the national postal service of the customer's chosen country for delivery (i.e. Australia Post for Australian customers). 

Kaftan 9 absolves any and all responsibility of the delivery of your order once it has been shipped. Please contact Kaftan 9 so that we may make attempts to assist customers in recovering orders which may go missing as indicated by the status of the delivery via the tracking number of the items shipped. Any and all order(s) or item(s) stated as 'Delivered' according to the postal service used and the tracking number associated with the order(s) or item(s) will be finalised as 'Delivered'. As a customer, if your item(s) or order(s) are finalised as 'Delivered', but the item(s) or order(s) have not been delivered to the address stated in 'Checkout',  Kaftan 9 will not offer, nor will the customer be entitled to a refund or replacement.

As stated above, Kaftan 9 may make attempts to rectify the issue with the postal service used in order to ensure the order(s) or item(s) are delivered to the stipulated address. However, Kaftan 9 cannot guarantee delivery to the listed address, and the customer must make attempts to contact the postal service responsible for delivery to settle the issue.

Orders or items that been shipped to International Customers (Outside Australia) that have been claimed as missing must first contact their national postal service in an attempt to locate their item(s) or order(s).
