Crystals and gemstones, like ourselves, have energetic vibrations. We, as spiritual beings, are naturally receptive to the vibrations of these crystals and gemstones. Spiritually, this energy is said to amplify from the crystal to you as well as the physical environment around you, which facilitates a free flow of energy. In essence, it has a powerful spiritual and vibratory effect when placed directly on someone or in a physical space such as a home or an office space.
Rose Quartz is a gorgeous pink stone that energetically and spiritually purifies and balances the heart chakra in order to promote love, self-love, friendship, deep inner healing, and feelings of peace in one's life. The heart chakra is often associated with our sense of self, how we navigate to feel and express our emotions, as well as how we connect with others and develop relationships and friendships.
I don't know about you but I absolutely adore Rose Quartz. It emanates this really strong goddess and divine feminine energy that I was drawn to when I was first introduced to the crystals, gemstone, and spiritual world.

Recognizing that Self-Love and Self-Care are important values and is a large component of the meaning for this stone. In essence, loving and choosing yourself is not selfish and you are enough.
